Project embodies vision as both a symbolic and functional landmark. Inspired by a piece of cloth, the structure rises lightly toward the sky while remaining grounded. It is not conceived as a monument, but as a usable artifact; creating shade and public space beneath it, where water becomes a central element. From the sea, it appears as a shimmering, floating form that invites curiosity and exploration.
